8．Training ways and methods

The training is guided by the combination of tutor responsibility system and tutor group responsibility system. Within two months after students' enrollment, the tutor should make up the training plan according to the regulations of the school and the college and the characteristics of the students, and specify the course of learning, the literature of reading, the expected goal of scientific research, and the tentative idea of the thesis. We advocate wide caliber training, and teaching and research should actively expand to the adjacent areas. The training plan is put forward by the tutor and approved by the academic degree committee or the Dean, respectively, to the college and graduate school.

Student training is mainly based on scientific research, supplemented by classroom teaching, focusing on training independent creative scientific research ability and rigorous scientific style. According to the scientific research topic and broaden the training caliber and expand the need of knowledge, we should choose cross curriculums and interdisciplinary courses.
