Henan University organized twelve students in our college to set up a research group on social practice of the “Central Plains”, and will conduct a week-long field survey in Gucheng Village, Song County, Luoyang City in mid-July. In this survey, Professor Qin Mingzhou of our college was the leading teacher. Prior to the official departure of the research team, the team organized a research training. Fully examine the local nature and humanities, and finally, comprehensively determine the land use goals based on the village's natural economic and social conditions and villagers' wishes, and make overall arrangements for economic development, ecological protection, protection of cultivated land and permanent basic farmland, village construction, infrastructure construction, and Various facilities, such as public facilities construction, environmental improvement, and cultural heritage, have worked out a reasonable and feasible land planning plan for Gucheng Village.
