During the summer of 2017, “Beautiful He Nan”,the investigation and research group of masters and doctors carried out a four-day program on the issues including infrastructure facilities of rural information, online shopping as well as situation and aspiration of online retailers’ development in Yuan Yang county and Yan Jin county of Xin Xiang city.
