On the morning of October 14th, the "Advanced Seminar on Ecological Protection and High Quality Development of the Yellow River Basin", sponsored by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Henan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, was held in the Academic Reporting Hall on the second floor of the College of Environment and Planning.
