On the evening of April 10, the "fluorescent night run" in front of the building of the College of environment and planning for Earth Day on April 22, 2021 was launched, attracting more than 200 teachers and students to participate.

The "fluorescent night run" activity takes the Zhongzhou Road ring line of Jinming campus as the route. There are ten punch points on the way, including six must pass punch points and four optional punch points, among which there are three surprise points. When you punch in at the surprise points, you have the opportunity to receive surprise gifts. After each point, you punch in with a stamp, and finally return to the starting point to complete the "fluorescent night run".

Before the event, the responsible person called on the participants to open the Alipay ant forest to water the public welfare forest of Henan University, and urged everyone to contribute their own efforts to the public welfare forest of Henan University with their own practical actions. As night falls, "fluorescent night run" officially begins. About 200 registered teachers and students randomly or by themselves form teams in pairs, gather at the starting point at the entrance of the College of environment and planning, receive and wear fluorescent sticks, fluorescent bracelets or fluorescent rings, and then jog around the ring line of Zhongzhou Road. The running colorful fluorescent team decorates the campus as a sea of happiness, which attracts the attention of many people.

This "fluorescent night run" laid the foundation for the smooth development of the earth's future activities. At the same time, it publicized the concept of environmental protection public welfare and green fitness to teachers and students, and called on them to improve their awareness of environmental protection and fitness, enhance their physique, and actively participate in environmental protection public welfare activities.
